This is the same kit as the Performance E300/W210 kit, but without the W210 downpipe, intercooler coupling and tuned ECU, which are crossed out in blue in the first photo.
 
Instead of the W210 downpipe, it includes an exhaust v-band ring (last photo) to use on your own exhaust and a 2.5" turbo compressor outlet (2nd to last photo) to attach to your intercooler setup. 
 
This kit is capable of ~350 HP with enough fuel, which you can acheive with a bigger element injection pump.
