Reverse thread bolts used to secure the gear/sprocket that is behind the vacuum pump to the snout of the cam on the injection pump.
Brand new, black oxide finish. Washer and bolt sold together as a set.  
Fits all OM60X engines with both EDC and mechanical injection pumps. 
Tightening torque is 45 NM.
